Over the last decade, the RNC has welcomed interns from over 240 different universities across 48 states. They are looking for interested undergraduate students to continue their tradition of excellence as interns at the Washington, DC headquarters.
The internship program provides marketable skills, lifelong connections, and an enjoyable experience to a select group of high-achieving students, who in turn contribute measurable value to the RNC’s operations and stay connected with the organization long after their last day as an intern. Internships are available within each division. To apply for an RNC internship, please follow the instructions on the website:

Young America's Foundation's National Journalism Center
qualifications
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a desire to practice responsible journalism
description
Since 1977, the National Journalism Center, a project of Young America's Foundation, has provided aspiring conservative journalists with the premier opportunity to learn the principles and practice of responsible reporting. The National Journalism Center combines 12 weeks of on- the-job training at a Washington, D.C.-based media outlet and once-weekly training seminars led by prominent journalists, policy experts, and NJC faculty.
The program matches interns with print, broadcast, or online media outlets based on their interests and experience. Interns spend an average of 30 hours per week gaining practical, hands- on journalism experience. Potential placements include the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, C-SPAN, Fox News, and more.
Students will attend the NJC seminar one day a week, sharpening their writing and reporting skills and gaining a better understanding of media, society, and public policy, and the intersection between the three in Washington, D.C. and nationwide.
